Delivery

 What to do if a delivery doesn’t arrive. Where's my order?

We can only give an estimated delivery time for our hampers, however all orders from Nu Baby come with tracking. Your tracking number and instructions will be sent to you when you make an order.


What are your delivery costs?

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide.

We also offer express shipping for $19 Australia wide.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide.

Can I cancel a delivery?

Yes, as long as the order has not been processed an picked up by the courier (24 hours) Please get in touch with us at Info@nubaby.com.au  ASAP and we may be able to refund your purchase.


Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, absolutely. Please make sure you provide all the delivery details needed to insure a successful delivery eg: floor number and office.


What happens if I'm not home when you try to deliver?

If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended, here's what will happen.

  1. The driver will leave a card and scan the parcel if it’s available for redelivery.
  2. You will get an email notification from the courier (this is why we recommend leaving your email at checkout).
  3. Follow the instructions in the email and book a redelivery.
  4. If it’s not booked for redelivery within five days, the parcel will be returned to Nu Baby at which point we will notify you, and organise a redelivery.


Can I specify a date for delivery?

We can't give an exact date but if you would like to hold a gift to be delivered later we can. Depending the the delivery type you pick it will be subject to the estimated delivery times as shown in our shipping policy.


Where can I see the status of my order?

All orders from Nu Baby come with tracking. Your tracking number and instructions will be sent to you when you make an order.


Can I get a faster delivery?

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide. 4-8 business day.

We also offer express shipping for $19. 2-4 business days.

Can I order and collect from a store?

No, unfortunately we do not offer pick up at this time. 

 

Refunds and Returns

When can I get a refund

 

  • Except to the extent required by the Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds after the order has been processed (you will receive an email once your order has been processed, normally within 24 hours). To be clear, we do not offer refunds where you have purchased the wrong size or changed your mind. A refund will only be offered where a product is defective. In all other cases, a store credit voucher will be offered or the items will be replaced.
  • If you are not entirely happy with your item please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item by email to Info@nubaby.com.au. We will consider refunds on a case by case basis. Once the items have been returned to 31 Robert Street, Belmore 2192, we will inspect the items and notify you if the refund has been excepted.
  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable for any refunded/returned or exchanged items, except where the item is found to be defective or damaged.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-4 days of the decision. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do the items have warranty

 

  • The only warranties that apply to our products are those provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Whats the Cancellation and return Policy

 

  • You can cancel your order before it has been processed. If canceled before the order has been processed we can refund your order to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.
  • Once the order has been shipped it can not be canceled.
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, no smells or perfumes and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@nubaby.com.au. If your return is accepted, well send instructions on how to send your package to 31 Robert Street, Belmore 2192 . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You can always contact us for any return question at info@nubaby.com.au. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

What If I receive the wrong items or they are damaged?

  • We do our very best to make sure all your items arrive to you in perfect condition, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If your items are damaged or defective please take a pictures of the issue and email us at Info@nubaby.com.au. We would be happy to replace the items. We will send you a return shipping label to return the items, once the items have been inspected we will replace the items at no extra charge.
  • In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong items we will send you a return shipping label and send the correct items ASAP at no extra charge.
  • All returned items are to be sent to 31 Robert Street, Belmore 2192.

 

Can I exchange my items for something else?

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days, and once the return is accepted, we will issue you with store credit to make a separate purchase for the new item.

I've received a faulty item, what do I do?

What sizes do Nu baby products come in?

Nu Baby clothing comes in Au sizes 000 (0-3 months).

 

What are your care instructions.

All clothing items come with tags giving care instructions.


How do I check if an item is in stock?

"Currently in stock" will be above the add to cart button when the item is in stock. If any of our items our out of stock an out of stock tag will appear over the product add to cart preventing purchase. 

 

Payments and cost

Is there any more costs or taxes after I complete my purchace?

All taxes, shipping and fees are included in the final price at check out. 

We only delivery packages domestically in Australia so there will be no customs charges. 

All our costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Your choice of payment method may incur there own charges, for example some credit cards charge a 2% online payment fee.
